no problem. sign your name in the back of the check when you deposite. I've run into this quite a few times. 

This happens very often here... and actually a lot of times the cashier doesn't check. I remember one time, on fox news, they were discussing this. They deposit checks payable to "Bill Clinton", "Mickey Mouse" and had no problem at all.
