能帮我看看保险公司给我的信吗？

儿子8月27日去看病，11月份保险公司给我寄了信，写了total charges是497。00，provider discount :290.07,Benefits Paid:206.93，并说了支票号码。这是不是指钱保险公司已经付了。
但是今天又收到信，同样的事情，却写了total charges：497。00，provider discount :0.00,Benefits Paid:0.00,non-covered services:497.00，这是不是指这钱要我付了？这封信的claim number和上封信不同，不过信上写了一句：Duplicate of charges previously considered on claim #*****(上封信上的claim number)。
我不是很明白，还望大家指点。谢谢啦！
