they gave me a box of free checks and no monthly charges............

yes, it is their fault! 我在开户前把他给我的小单子非常仔细地读过，还问过是不是free checking account. 所以被乱charge我怎么可能觉得是我的错！

说后话，我今天有空打了电话去，那个人已经不在citi 干了。我就找了另外一个sales representative. 那个女的很好说话，答应refund我所有被charge的monthly fees. 而且waive 以后的这种费用。

我就不用去cancel了！
