Avoid HSBC. I had some terrible experience with them. Their customer service is the worst I have even seen.

yeah, i've heard many complaints about HSBC, but i'm still using it and it's so far so good to me.

i think, if you don't ask them to solve a problem for you, they are fine; but they sometimes just don't handle problems properly.
