我的好象都挺高的, 好象公司总部在哪个洲, 法律有规定最高的利率啊

I have received multiple offers in the past a few years with balance transfer APRs of 2.99%-3.99% for the life of the loan from Citi, MBNA, etc. These rates are much better than Home Equity Loans and a lot lower than current prime rate. Not bad deals at all.

这么好啊.偶收到的都最多是1.99%, balance transfer,12个月,还是比其他的高利息好多了.mm那些怎么申请到的呢?
