We have used it for several months. It works fine so far. The only problem is they don't have fax function, but that won't be a problem if you have eFax.

Our internet connection is really fast with Verizon Fios, so the quality is very good. And it's very easy for relatives in China to call us. Customer services is pretty good. They responses fast enough. We haven't thought of canceling yet.
