MM,如果你没有SSN,但你可以申请一个税号,然后filing jointly． 只要file your tax return，仍可以拿到rebate的呀．我觉得这和filing status 没有关系．但是不是和NR,Resident 有关，我就不太清楚了．

If the filing status on your 2007 tax return is Married Filing Joint, please use the FIRST Social Security Number shown on your return when you use the Payment Schedule to find your estimated payment date. The schedule will show you approximately when you can expect to receive your payment, if you qualify for it.
Please allow 2 weeks from the date shown on the schedule to receive your payment.
Remember, in order to qualify for the Stimulus payment, you must have filed your 2007 tax return
