谁说609的credit在老美圈子里是很常见的？要不再等等？看看有没有信用好的租客，如果lz不愿意等了，就冒险出租吧，反正收益和风险是成正比的。

我之前出租一个房客，大概620.租了半年多，倒是没什么问题。也要看有无正当收入。
