我这种情况要不要交social security tax和medicare tax

我去年是opt工作，lg去年全年和h1b，所以今年我们是按resident报税的。那我去年opt工作交的ss和medicare tax可以要回来吗？还是因为resident报税就必须要交，今年也要交？谢谢
resident报税就必须要交
我记得我opt的时候是不需要交的。但我那时侯是single,自己报。
我LP有SSN，L2，全年R，没有工作，没有收入，报税跟我一起报，这种情况要补这两个税吗？

If I file the tax as NR, I do not need to cover these tax, as it is in your case. I am currious that if I file as resident, do I need to pay these two types of tax.
