Any one has good experience to share the pro and cons between charles schwab and Fidelity? I am a basic user. I feel the customer service of charles schwab is hard to make an appointment and get the value suggestion. I plan to transfer previous 401K and IRA from Charles to Fidelity.

Can anyone share experience? Will my transfer be right decision? Please advise.
