[求助]还没有收到federal tax return

我是在截止日期前两天寄出去的，我选了DD。我的朋友也是一个时间寄的，早收到了。
今天查了irs网站，我的状态是：
We have received your tax return and it is being processed. Unless we find mistakes or you owe other taxes, you should receive your refund by May 30, 2006.
又打了电话，(800) 829–1954 和 (800) 829–4477，都是自动留言的，都是说已经process,应该在5月30日前收到，除非process delay。
我现在不知道该怎么办，请大家指点一下，我该怎么查，想和customer service问问，却不知道电话。谢谢先！

You can try 1-800-829-1040. Or from this link to find the local office, they might get someone live to talk about your case.

we are paying tax and mailed a week b4 4/17, still have not got money charged yet. called 2 weeks ago, they said the processing is about 4-6 weeks. they ask us to call back after tomorrow. it is really really hard to get through and the local office is no good at all.
