I have this account for 1 year, and I think it is pretty good. They do not have many local branch, but it does not matter. Do this:

5000 min to open, but no need to keep that much (no minimal to maintain).

Also, open a checking from them so you can have easy check access (25 free checks).

If you have direct deposit, you can open the Checking Plus, which gives 4.5% APY also! (of course, just online transfer to the saving to get more).
