气死我了，8号DUE DATE不知道邮局怎么回事我寄得很早，结果9号他们才收到。

硬要CHARGE我LATE FEE, 他家LATE FEE好不好WAIVE啊，会不会影响我的信用阿。

恨死他们家卡了，我要CLOSE乐。

没有遇上过,不过我觉得还是可以去打电话试试,毕竟晚PAY帐单有影响

大多数情况都可以waive掉，如果你以前一直保持良好的pay off the balance的记录就更应该不成问题了。打电话问问，just in case, if the customer rep you called doesnt seem to waive the late fee, hang up and try again. Another rep will pick it up and another outcome might happen.

I have several instances of late payment due to travel. I always called CITI and got them waived easily. That is why CITI cards are my primary card. I found Captial One is very strict about it, though. Try CITI again and from my experiece they are pretty good at it.
