Just want to point out, somethings paying bi-weekly can save some money in the long run (long means tens of years).

Let's say for 360 month (30 years) of a loan 300000, with 6.5%.

It says by paying bi-weekly can save $87225.2 in interest (38,2632, vs. 295,406).

(For short and small loans like a car, it only makes a little difference.)
