我看到很多地方都说, read the company's finance report is an important way to know about the company (and its stock).

So where can we get those finance report for a given company? --- is there any place that I can easily (and freely, hehe) get it for a given company? Also, how to read their report? ---- usually to look at what part and what figures? Is there any FAQ about this on the web?
