最近才知道F1resident不是alien,这次BOA又有同样的要求。上次申请Citi的时候我还不知道这条,就这样在网上申请了

请问如果就填是,会有什么问题吗?感觉我的Citi账户运作正常

$250的诱惑好大啊

貌似你如果符合下列要求,就可以选GC的选项了

(a) A current physical U.S. residence address, and you have been in the US for at least one year (b) A social security number (must be a U.S. Citizen, or legal resident), and (c) That you must be 18 or older. As long as you meet the above criteria's and you have a state issued ID you can select the permanent resident with the green card option.

Students holding F visa are nonresident aliens.  For tax purposes, an alien is an individual who is not a US citizen.

Nonresident aliens is not necessarily related to F1 status.  As a F1 student, if you stay in US over 5 years, from the fifth year, you will be a resident alien.

I learn that from our tax lecture.
