新手，想开citi的CD,麻烦大家教教我

今年刚来米国，才来的时候开的是citi的那个checking account,在版上学习了半天，发现citi的CD有6个月6.0%，而且好像现在还有开户$200的bonus,就想去再开一个
但是有几个问题：
1.CD的全称是什么啊？
2.怎么才能得到那$200的bonus呢？我是打算明天去local办的.在网上搜个code然后告诉客服那个code就行了吗？
3.我直接从citi的那个checking account转钱去这个CD要收手续费吗？

刚才在版上研究时有人说去local是有6%的APY的，我也不太清楚，打算明天去试了回来汇报呢。200bonus的code我是指那个新开checking account有的啊。难道不能这样用吗：先去新开个账户，然后用那个账户和CD combine?

可以反复开了拿BONUS的应该指的是BOA的,
CITI的我听说的,也是只能拿一次
