如果以后打算回国的话,401K投的钱会怎么办呢?

刚刚开始工作,还不太懂401k. 公司的401k不知道要不要投钱,因为几年以后不确定会不会一定留在这里. 不过又觉得这是很好的投资机会? 如果以后回国的话,投在401k上的钱会怎么处理呢?不知道tax会怎么扣?

if you want to take them all out by then, you gonna pay tax for all gain plus 10% penalty. i.e., (tax rate+10%)*gain as I know.
那如果这样的话,是不是不合算的说? 那是只能确定了想留在这里才买401k的?
but after you retire in China, you could still get the full amount without penalty.
I suggest you talk to your company HR people to ask about this directly.
If the company does not match it, is there any reason to have an 401k account?
