I just read your reply about "如果MM是first time home owner，可以选择在第一年减掉所有的loan orgination fee。这个也是需要itemized deduction才可以。".

I am first time home owner in 2006, but how to 减掉所有的loan orgination fee?  I'm using Turbo tax 1040A and using itemized deduction.
