不知道F1学生可不可以开户呢？需要去Local Branch开还是online就可以啊？

Well, In a nutshell, traditional IRA is tax free for now, while Roth IRA is tax free when you withdraw. So it's hard to say which one is better.
F1开Roth首先要搞清楚收入是不是Qualify要求.
F1 is qualified.
我觉得 Roth IRA 因为是用税后的钱买，不用担心保税，比较简单。
