Closing Accounts and Limiting Account Access

大概三周前，我用google checkout在buy.com上买过两次东西，因为是new user，可以10off，用了两个账户，但是不小心用了同一张信用卡，我以为第二个账户用的是另一张卡，后来发现不是。

最近我的邮箱收到了几封类似的信，有从paypal的 amazon的，这是第三封，Resolution Center那似乎应该是个链接，但是这些邮件都被作为垃圾邮件，所以那个链接我都打不开，在其他电脑上试了也一样。

每次邮件都是说closing account，但是我试着登陆paypal没有问题，不过我没买东西，不知道是不是受限了，还有我没有amazon的account。

有一次打开了一个链接，是http开头的，上面只让我填个人信息，所有包括生日，ssn，手机号，我也不敢填，现在来请教大家，有没有碰见过这种情况，该怎么处理
