在自己的银行开了一张 Money Order 给亲戚（在国内的），可他把支票丢了，所以没有取钱。 我还能把钱从银行要回来吗？

I once lost a money order which is bought from USPS, brought the receipt in a local office, they proceed my refund.
The cashier said I might be charged for some precess fee, but I finally got full refund in mail.
