信用卡如何付帐问题

原来因为我没有SSN，所以就在学校里的一个小银行开了个saving和checking 账户，也办了信用卡，现在刚申请了Citi的Dividend Platinum Select Visa卡，就想把原来的那个银行的信用卡取消，然后光用原来的saving和checking账户，然后每月pay 这个Citi的卡，
现在想问得就是，如果我在网上用原来那个银行的账户来付Citi的卡 ,这个属不属于银行间的transfer，是不是还要付transfer的费用？如果需要付费，那么是不是我还得在Citi开个户来付信用卡的帐，这样才没有额外的费用？
呵呵，可能问题很幼稚，不要鄙视呀，我真的对理财很门外。
另外我原来的信用卡，快要过期了，是不是不用管它，就自动取消了，还需要我自己去cancell吗？
u can set up billpay from ur citi checking account online.
But I don't recommend to cancel your first credit card. It's better to keep it for your credit history. They will mail you a new card when it's close to expiring date.

I pay my Credit Card (of Bank A) from the checking acount in Bank B.

What I usually do is that I schedule a payment from my online Credit card acount, input the route number and the account number (the one from Bank B) for the very first time. it will be payed automatically and no fee was charged so far.....
