I just wire-transferred money to my parents living in a middle-size city. Using citibank with ABA # 021000089 as middle bank, $12 was disappeared.

The reason I use "disappear" is that I donot know which bank charged $12. It is free wire out for wamu and the local bank of china said they charged nothing. Citibank charged it? Can not verify.

Just share my experience with others, maybe I did something wrong during wire transfer, wish others could point it out or verify.
