以前和lg分在两地，打电话的时间很长，现在在一起了，想换一个便宜一点的plan,

但是合同要到年底才到期，可以以信号不好为理由cancel么？谢谢

you may want to try to talk to the customer service ppl. but I guess they may not be happy to terminate your contract without early terminiation fees.
