IRS居然没有收到我的税表 :(

一直没有收到tax return,今天打电话给IRS说是没有收到。我还是用USPS的certified mail 寄的
还跟我讲certified mail要用另外一个address才行。可是去年我用同样的寄法，同样的地址呀？气死我了，我的退税呀。
这是customer rep给我的新地址，说是certified, express mail都要寄到这里：333 W PershEansas City MO, 64108-4302
我刚google了一下，根本就找不到明确的IRS physical address.这个地址是对的吗？
寄的时候要注意什么吗？谢谢

我每次都是用平信寄到IRS的列的地址上，没有丢过。
要不你别用certified mail，就要一个tracking #好了。

show them your copy of the check to see if those fees could be waived.
