是FSA么？FSA里的钱，一开始就可以全部用掉的，就是说，你放1200，就算你实际还没交那么多，也还是可以用完这1200的。
我今年放了900，娃一生病，早用光啦，后悔放的少了

对，如果你一早就吧钱用光，然后离开公司，那你就算赚了。
离开公司之后你应该可以选择是终止FSA（浪费掉已经放进去的钱），或者用税后的钱继续按月付FSA（已经放进去的钱在年底前还可以用，但是新放的钱就不免税了）

那就是说，我最好晚点给老板说我离开公司，等我FILE FSA之后吧？我因为是在产假中，随时都可以走，就是回公司通知一声就是了
还有就是，今天是7月1日了，如果我今天去给老板说辞职了，那么是不是从今天起我就不能报FSA的钱了，还是7月之内都可以报呢？
不是的，只要你去看医生的日期是你离职之前，那你在年底之前应该都可以去报FSA

I don't think so.
And I think before 4/30/09(?), you can file your 08 claims as long as SERVICE DATE is in the period you work for old company. But on safe side, you better file ASAP.
