My 401k lost lots of money this year. I heard about using self-directed 401k to invest in real estate. The housing market is kind of bottom now in my area. I want to use self-directed 401k to pay for the down payment for a second house. Is anyone know about it? My research on internet seems like I have to set up a company and so on. It looks complicated.
