为什么要减一了？他没收了$39 for late fee, $19.56 for the first month financial  charge,  $10.46 for the second month financial  charge. I called the company and asked how come they charged me two financial charges, even I paid the payment in full only 4 days pass the due day. They said that the financial charge has to be two months on every purchase I made.

Thanks Txgirl. I called them today and I got mt late fee waived. Just in case someone else faces the same situation someday. I like to share my experience with all.  I  forgot  pay  my  payment  which  due on 5/31.They charged me $39 late fee right after. When I noted that I did not pay the payment is 6/4, I paid the balance off. (I should pay off all of the outstanding.) Two months later, I  recognized that I should argue with them for the late fee. (thanks txgirl and Liumao) Finally, I have my money back.  FYI, they told me that everyone should be have one chance to avoid the late  fee  in case  you  pay  your  payment  late. 

In order to get late fee back, you have to never late before, and more importantly you have to make a phone call.
