之前在deal版看到有american express的deal, 详情是这样的：
American Express? has the Preferred Rewards Gold Card on promotion, without fees for the first year (reg $125). Complimentary enrollment to their Membership Rewards Program, with 1 point for every dollar spent, plus bonus points on select purchases. Plus, receive free 10,000 bonus points after your first purchase ($100 Value).
请问这个是不是说要购物满100塊钱才有这个bonus point呢？
