It happens sometimes.  Becuase a lot of time they don't come ut each month, just guess the number. Besides, $100 for 2 month is really low.  Are you living in a apt?

Yes, the builder changed meter and the meter reader was crossing.

Call the customer service senter and report your meter number.

I called more than 10 times to solve this problem.
