要买房子的，或是想REFI的，最近可以留意一下MORTGAGE RATE，
ACCORDING TO THE 2nd MARKET，最近应该有个不小的DROP in Mortgage Rate
中国房贷利率降了
嗯。打算ref一下……
已经5.5了
嗯昨天立刻就降了。不过能否持续太难讲了。
ref的话是不是得比以前低1%才划算？

如果是0 cost的话，低0.25我也肯。当然refinance太频繁对信用记录不好，我听朋友说过有人03年的时候一年之内refinance了4-5次，后来有一阵就申请不到新信用卡了ref的话是不是得比以前低1%才划算？

Agree, our bank already dropped the mortgage rate, more is coming... but all the banks will require more down payment now, 30% to 40%, you gotta have a lot of cash in hand and good credit history to take the low rate advantage.
