刚看了一个房子,25年,第一层砖,第二层是木头的. 房子是3000FT, 占地1.9ACRE. 隐
私性非常好,因为后面是一片小树林(一半属于房子),后边30米处是一条很小的溪流

这是看得第一个房子,没有找AGENCY, 他是SALEBYOWNER. 我们谈拢的价格是185000,付
了200美金订金.房主很NICE, 给我们这个长周末考虑,如果不要的话,200美金会退给
我们的.
各位出个主意吧. 明天请一个BUILDER 的朋友做INSPECTION, 要主意点什么.

thank you for your support. Just no idea if the house is worthy that money or not. How to ask for home warranty? We pay for that or the seller? Is it normal requirement?

I am in the upstate NY, Albany area. The house is really cheap. I brought two friends to that house today. They came from NJ. They are so shocked when they saw the house, swimming pool and forest. The said the same house in their area will be over at least 700,000. From outside, because the owner just changed the roof, it looked very new. I may do the inspection tomorrow and if it doesn't have too much problem, I may let the owner drafts the contract. I may upload the pictures next time. We don't have a kid yet. Anyway, the environment is very good to raise kids though. The tax every year is 4500, and the insurance is about 600. I do like the construction inside and the small forest behind our house. The owner even cleaned a trail in that forest and told us that we can walk inside.
So excited now and thanks all of them.
By the way, I got lots of helf from my American friend. He lived very close to that house and knew a lot of information in that town. He always found house deal for us in his town. Just one week ago, a house with swimming pool is on sale. It is 1 acre lot but the house is over 30 years old. In addition, the house is very small,(1200). It is gone in four days with 179,000.
The sign was just out for one day and he saw that sign. So the first day night, we came to that house and gave them 200 to lock the house for a while.
It is the whole process of my house hunting. I may tell your guys more information after tomorrow inspection. Hopfully, I may have some picutres.
