I invited a inspector to do the complete inspection yesterday. Because the house doesn't have basement, lots of problems are avoided. There was no major problem at all. Some minor problem, such as one window in sunroom has a little leak, a crack in the gargage. Actually, the inspector appreciated the good construction, excellent and new heating system and rood very much. Also, I brought two friends, from NJ to have a look in this house. They are totally shocked when they saw the house. Nice swimming pool, big backyard with lots of wood, and a creek twenty meters away from the house. The only thing I am not that satisfied about house is that I felt it is not bright enough. Maybe because of the green carnpet and dark furniture. Anyway, it is not hard to revise that. So, we are looking for the bank, loan and lawyer now. The closing data will be Dec.17th (Oral agreement). My friends said such house in NJ is incrediable to afford, worthy at least 700000. Another good thing about this house is that I found a golf court nearby (100 numbers away). The owner is very nice and left the two lying chairs to us in the swimming pool. It is automaticlly cleaning equipment in the swimming pool. In addtion, they left all equipment in the kichen and laundry room to us. We can even neogociate others. But i don't like the style of the furniture they choose, they are antique and dark. Anyway, the wife said she might tell me first if she would have a moving sale.
Let me introduce the house again. The totally lot area is 2 acres, built in 1979. Four bedroom(two in first floor and two in second floor), two full bathroom, one big sunroom with two stories hight, but don't need heat in winter because all door to that room can be closed. One fireplace and one nice swimming pool.
Housing hunting is finished and decoration may begin soon.
