You can go to http://www.epinions.com/, there are a lot of information for vacuum cleaner under "Home" section. I bought a Eureka upright from Amazon.com at $99 last year. It is pretty good and easy to use.

Yeah, some of them. But some will be twisted on the wheels. You have to cut it down.
