bf身上某些地方皮肤发黑。先是看到了手上的，拇指食指和中指，他手上皮肤本来就很不好，间隔性的会有很严重的蜕皮，但他自己说不觉得痛。过段时间蜕皮自己会好 （就是还是会很粗糙），按说虽然居住的地方很干旱，也不至于干旱到蜕皮蜕到那么严重（整块整块伴有点小出血那种）。那些有暗黑色的地方也不知道是什么，跟蜕皮有没有关系。
接着发现腿上也有这种暗黑色，就是看上去像淤青似的。他说是最近（一两年或者半年吧）才有的。他自己说估计自己皮肤是有某些病的，但是不愿意去看医生，觉得没大碍或者是自己会好。我有点担心，想拖他去看。想先上来问问可能是什么毛病。如果只是皮肤颜色倒算了，他非要拖就拖一阵。就怕会不会有比较严重的，皮肤发黑只是外表反映而已？（其他方面没有觉得有异样，可能体质不是特别好，偶尔有点感冒过敏是有的。）
He is between slim to skinny, not too bad (not sick-looking), and he doesn't want to put on any weight. (He tends to be like that since young.) Definitely UV exposure, but his legs and upper arms where he has those dark pigments are usually protected by clothes.
Maybe should drag him to clinic? But he's reluctant himself, and I don't want to make him feel that I am scared of his disease or anything. How do I talk him into that....?
Get him started with a physical exam first. It might turn out to be nothing, but for the sake of peaceful mind....
