My Chinese terminology is not that good, but I think it is bronchoaveolar carcinoma
Bronchioalveolar carcinoma严格来说是细支气管肺泡癌，此病多发于亚裔，女性和非抽烟人群。
癌肿常位于肺野周围，分化程度好，生长缓慢， 此型肺癌与肺部炎症引致的疤痕病变可能有密切关系。细支气管肺泡癌起源于末梢细支气管和肺泡的上皮组织。肺泡癌形似肺炎或粟粒性结核，很少经淋巴或血道转移，但常侵累胸膜，产生胸水，或经气道广泛播散，引致呼吸功 能衰竭。肺泡癌多少向其它器官扩散。化疗效果弱（没必要浪费时间金钱在化疗上）。存活时间较其它肺癌种类患者长。
药物：特罗凯(Tarceva)[2004年经美国FDA批准，2006年由中国引进。上海罗氏制药也生产此药。每瓶30片，每瓶价为￥19,800，一日一片。该药在美已取代Iressa（中文名为易瑞莎）成为非小细胞肺癌的首选治疗药物]

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
NSCLC accounts for about 80% of lung cancers. There are different types of NSCLC, including
- Squamous cell carcinoma (also called epidermoid carcinoma). This is the most common type of NSCLC. It forms in the lining of the bronchial tubes and is the most common type of lung cancer in men.
- Adenocarcinoma. This cancer is found in the glands of the lungs that produce mucus. This is the most common type of lung cancer in women and also among people who have not smoked.
- Bronchioalveolar carcinoma. This is a rare subset of adenocarcinoma. It forms near the lungs' air sacs. Recent clinical research has shown that this type of cancer responds more effectively to the newer targeted therapies.
- Large-cell undifferentiated carcinoma. This cancer forms near the surface, or outer edges, of the lungs. It can grow rapidly.

The above four subtypes of NSCLC are what I learned from med school too.
I think aveolar cell carcinoma is more accurate word-for-word translation from the Chinese diagnosis. However, if you want to look up online for prognosis, treatment options, pathologies, etc. , I will still use bronchoaveolar carcinoma, since it is more commonly and widely used here.
