钙片吸收不是书片剂或者其他的药的做法。片剂的制作不是我们想象的随便的把药压成片。是有很多technology. 有些是用胶囊,有些是缓释剂,都是了药剂更好的吸收。


 


最好进食之后的时候吃,胃酸最多。对于是不是需要同时补Vitamin D,提醒一下不要过度的补。补多了容易提高肾结石的危险。其实大家最好适当的晒晒太阳,自己皮肤的固醇可以自行合成的。

I just looked it up, calcium carbonate contains 40% elemental Calcium, and calcium citrate has only 21% elemental calcium, citrate is also more expensive, but cause less constipating than carbonate.

The daily recommended amount Calcium is 1200-1500 mg per day, and Vitamin D is 2000 units per day. For best absorption, take it in divided dose.

Also, Calcium and iron block each other's absorption, so don't take them at the same time!
