其实我并不觉得这种好消息对疫苗是真的好消息 。有可能通过这次大型疫苗接种带来医学进步，但这得是在人们能够控制事情发展方向的情况下。现在这样完全就是黑盒子，每个人反应都不一样，好或不好，这种uncertainty绝不是疫苗应有的效果。

激活了免疫系统杀死癌细胞， 这是有可能的。

For a 61-year-old U.K. man, having COVID-19 may have helped save his life.

The unidentified Cornwall man, whose case is documented in the British Journal of Haematology, was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma during a checkup last summer, according to Wales Online. His week went from bad to worse a few days later when he was rushed to hospital with a severe case of COVID-19. After a gruelling 11 days of intensive care, during which he was put on oxygen to help heal his damaged lungs, the patient was discharged, fully recovered from the virus.

在cancer research里，的确目前认为很大一部分cancer是免疫调节失衡的问题，调节cancer microimviroment 达到控制治疗肿瘤的目的也是目前热点，很多药在preclinical和各期clinical trial，比如car T 和ox40。

出现一个两个肿瘤消失，对于这个结果我一点都不感到惊讶。其实可以跟踪一下肿瘤病人打疫苗以后反应的，特别是儿童血液系统的肿瘤。。
