Observations:
Uterus: Enlarged globular appearance, 10.9 x 5.5 x 7.5 cm for total
volume 236 cc ,
At least 3 and possibly 4 separate uterine myomas seen with the
largest measuring up to 2.1 cm in the anterior mid body region to the
left.
Additional myomata range in size from 1.9-1.4 cm
Endometrial stripe:Upper normal thickness 1.15 cm but without
evidence of focal polyp or increased vascularity,
Cervix: Within normal limits as visualized.
Right ovary: Normal size and with normal blood flow, 3.1 x 2.0 x 2.6
cm, no solid masses
Left ovary: Normal size and with normal blood flow, 3.3 x 2.1 x 2.9
cm, no solid masses
Free fluid: None
Impression:
Enlarged globular uterus with total volume of approximately 236 cc
with at least 3 or possibly 4 separate uterine myomas measuring
up to 2.1 cm in greatest diameter as above.
Ovaries within normal limits bilaterally.
Urgency: Routine. This is a routine medical imaging report.
Recommendation: No specific imaging recommendation.
