我同学的女儿，13岁，刚被诊断胸椎侧弯。北京的医院有的建议保守治疗，有的建议赶

检查所见：胸椎稍显侧弯，以Th2为中心向左突，Cobb角约19.48°，胸椎生理曲度存在
，椎体及附件未见明显骨质增生征象，椎间隙未见明显狭窄，未见明显椎间盘膨出或突
出征象，胸段脊髓未见明显异常号影。
意见：胸椎稍显侧弯，以Th2为中心稍向左突，请结合临床。

Scanning Technology: Cor、Sag、T1WI、T2WI
Examination findings: Thoracic vertebrae are showed T2-centered left
scoliosis. The Cobb angle is about 19.48°. Physiological curvature of
thoracic vertebra can be observed. The imaging characteristic of the rest
vertebrae, vertebral canal and intervertebral facet joint is not obviously
abnormal. Thoracic spinal cord is showed no abnormal signal on T1 or T2
weighted imaging.
Comments: Thoracic vertebrae are showed T2-centered left scoliosis. Please
combine with clinical condition.

检查所见：所示下段颈椎及上段胸椎（C6-Th4节段）以Th2为中心向左侧凸，Th5-8椎体
稍显右侧弯。Th2/3椎间隙明显变窄，Th2、3椎体可疑部分融合，余椎体未见明显形成
及分节不良，骨质结构完整，密度均匀，骨性椎管通畅，椎间小关节未见明显异常。
意见：1、胸椎侧弯；
　　　2、Th2、3椎体可疑部分阻滞椎表现；
请结合临床，随访复查或必要时进一步检查。

CT scan imaging and three-dimensional CT reconstruction of T1-T5 vertebrae
Examination findings: Lower cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae(C6-Th4)
are showed T2-centered bending to the left and T5-8 slightly bending to the
right. Intervertebral space between Th2 and Th3 is obviously narrow. Th2 and
Th3 vertebrae suspiciously occur partial vertebral fusion. The imaging
characteristic of the rest vertebrae and vertebral canal and intervertebral
facet joint is not obviously abnormal.
Comments: 1 Thoracic curve.
2 Th2 an Th3 vertebrae suspiciously occur partial vertebral
block performance. Please combine with clinical condition. Follow-up review
or further examination if necessary.

全脊柱正位，全脊柱侧位，脊柱侧弯动力三位片，脊柱侧弯正位，全脊柱正侧位
检查所见：上段胸椎以T2/3为中心左侧弯，胸椎以T7/8为中心向右侧突，腰椎以腰2为
中心向左侧突，各椎体未见明显成形不良及分节不良改变，动力三位片示T2相对于T3略
向左滑脱，余椎体未见明显侧方滑脱征象。
诊断意见：1。脊柱侧弯

2、动力三位片示T2相对于T3略向左滑脱。

flexion-extension radiographs or dynamic radiographs.
Examination findings: Upper thoracic vertebrae is showed Th2/3-centered
bending to the left. Thoracic vertebrae are showed Th7/8-centered right
scoliosis. Lumbar vertebrae are showed L2-centered right scoliosis. The
imaging characteristic of the rest vertebrae is not obviously abnormal. Only
T2 is showed slightly left slippage relative to T3 on flexion-extension
radiographs.
Comments: 1 Thoracic curve.
2 T2 is showed slightly left slippage relative to T3 on flexion-
extension radiographs.
