有没有做root canal的必要

我的两颗磨牙之间烂了洞，其中一个磨牙的洞比较深，并且从牙冠表面烂下去的。另外一个就是在牙的侧面有洞，但是没有从牙冠表面烂。
今天去看牙医，经过拍片，测神经，医生让我下次去检查一下到底洞多深，打算给我作root canal。 可是我的牙齿没有发炎，没有疼痛，就是一个大洞，今天看了很多相关文章，实在害怕这个root canal.而且巨贵，一套下来要１８００刀，我的保险最多６００刀，因为我们学生就这样。
我想问一下，我这个情况一定要作root canal吗？ 如果我不向作，只想填充，牙医会不会不给我填，一定要给我做呢？有没有可能让牙医就给我填一下就好。

估计要看是否伤到神经吧。要是没有伤到，估计填一下就可以了
如果伤到了，估计要杀神经，然后加了crown，所以就贵一些。不然，马马虎虎的填一下，里面没有消炎好，再疼就麻烦了。最后，可能这颗牙就保不住了，拔了，再植，更贵。
我原来没有保险，找中国医生做了一棵牙，花了$1000.

the same problem. I went to see a dentist and asked him to refill the cave. He refused to do it and asked me to do root canal and install a fake crown later. I didn't listen to him. I told him I did not feel any pain. I did not want to kill the tooth if it was unnessarry.
I went back to China and refilled the cave within 5 mins. I am fine now.
,I just come back from China one month ago:(. Because this cavity appeared after I came back and became a very large one within one month. The dentist told me that because the tooth starts to be destroyed closed to the gum and then the crown has a such big hole.:(

If you will go back China within one year, you can ask the dentisit here to fill it first, which can prevent the further decay.
But the filling might not stay long and would be easily lost.
You should do root canal eventually. It is cheaper in China.

agree. 不过好像中国的根管治疗和美国的不太一样。我以前在国内做了一个， 来了之后我的牙医说是不完全的root canal, 我只好又做了一个。 牙医那里可以讨价还价的。
It should be the same. There are several teeth canals for each teeth. Some dentists in China just did those that are infected, but that is inresponsible.
All teeth cannals should be filled. You should double check with the dentists in China.
