Unfortunaly nail fungus infection are always resisitant to treatment. I've heard cases of using OTC products, eg. gentian violet. Problem is it stains everything purple, and there's really not enough clinical data to back up the statement. And there's always the old-fashion way - surgically remove the infected nail. In most cases, a new nail will grow in its place, but slowly, may take up to a year...

And remember, when you take lamisil, you don't see the end result right after you finish the regimen. Have to wait until your nail grows back completely.
