每天多提肛
如果是稚窗就不用担心了

可是我不确定是否 痔疮。。。
两天吃了牛黄解毒片，消炎片，不停喝水，只吃绿色蔬菜，好了些，不那么大和红肿了，不过一直不怎么疼
