求助啊！！！爸爸的腿从去年开始半月板拉伤，轻微的关节炎，有点积液，都很长时间了好不了。很疼的。看到我们这边有这些维生素，Osteo Bi-Flex和move free 和其他骨头类维生素，大家有没有给家里人吃过效果好吗。那个效果好呢，还有其他的什莫东西，比如膏药。。。。
