我也是被cleanser把皮肤洗薄了，现在是郁闷的敏感皮肤。

呜呼，我看了这篇文章心里一懒，就好几天没好好洗脸，现在皮肤又油又粗，似乎还要起包，还是赶快恢复正常洗脸措施吧。。。：）

皮肤好不仅仅是怎样洗脸吧, 那些皮肤很好的人肯定在饮食,作息, 锻炼方面有值得借鉴的地方.
我自己觉得只用清水洗脸是不太可能有很好的皮肤的. 就这样.

估计只是偏干性的皮肤才可以清水洗吧，或者敏感的皮肤？反正我是不行的。

i used to clean by water only , it's great, save time and keep skin health. but no way to do that since i start makeup

觉得只用水还是洗不干净！

by washing with water, i mean, to wash regularly in the morning and at night, but wash a few extra times with just water in the daytime (if not wearing makeup of course)
