Although you offered that in you email, I don't want to know your login name and password. That's for your safty. And as I mentioned several times in email, I don't doubt that you bought from shopbop but I doubt if it is an authenic bag. I just listed all the difference between the bag from you and the bag style from JC official website. I hope that you can contact shopbop with your invoice and all you information which they may need to check when contacting them. I want you to ask them about all the doubts that we have and ask for explaination.
since the bag is in your hand now, the best way is you take it to a JC shop and let them check it for you. If it's authenic, good. If not, then the seller can contact shopbop. How can the seller contact shopbop without the bag? They are not going to say: opps. I sell fake bags.
我也来问个问题吧，是我转包的，我可以出具收据，可以给出SHOPTOP的网站用户名和密码，核实我的购买记录。
可问题是现在这个MM要把包退给我，理由是怀疑包是假的，我在转出就说明了不退不换的。
我想问管理员和版主，我应该如何处理。
我是建议搂住MM去专柜验货，如果是假的，当然没有二话，去SHOPTOP理论。
另外，我想问一下，我可以把我SHOPTOP的RECEIPT寄给这个MM，但网站有我CREDIT CARD的记录，这样做是不是不安全。

The position of the lock and key are not the same as official Juicy Couture website. The link to the padlock is not the same either.
I have online chatted with Juicy Couture official website associate. they told me the chocolate bag should look exactly the same as the black or pink one as shown on their website.
Right now, that's all my doubts.

作为我来说，我当时在SHOPBOP上抢到了这个DEAL，没有直接去推掉，是想好不容易抢了个好DEAL就看看是不是有别的JMS想要。

我觉得别把JC想的太FANCY,就算再大牌你拿到手上也有和期望差距比较大的时候
这点我同意，我退掉的MIU MIU就是这样的：）所以我转包一定拍自己的实物照片，不会仅仅用网上的照片。

MM，还有1种可能就是JUICY COUTURE可能为不同的零售商（商店）提供的是不同的商品。说1个我的例子，我同学很喜欢一款STEVE MADDEN的包，让我帮她去买。然后我跑到STEVE MADDEN的专卖店，给店员看她要的包包的图片，人家告诉我她家有这一款可是没有这种颜色，而且他们从来没有卖过这款。他们还替我给总部打电话，得出的结果是STEVE MADDEN的专卖店和总店网址不CARRY这个颜色，这个颜色是专供MACY's的，只有在MACY's才买的到。结果我就是在MACY's买到的。
所以我猜想是不是JC也是这样呢？因为我的确碰到过拿着JC的项链去JC店里要求修，被告知他们从来没有卖过这款项链，可是项链我是在SAKS还是BLOOMMIE买的，发票不在了，网购的HISTORY还在的。
当然我只是说说想法。我不是JC包的专家，不好说。。。
