好像用得很普遍,根本没法避免,除非你不吃甜的
喝水是很大的问题, 我们这么久了, 都没解决。 我们这里老师不给喝的, 就是snack和午饭时间有水或奶或饮料, 过了那个点儿就没了。 而且, 我们是用很小的一次性杯子, 给倒个底儿, 一口就喝完了, 只不过如果娃要, 会再给。

我们daycare每个小孩都有自己家带的杯子,小孩子自己渴了就喝,喝完了老师就给装满,水,牛奶,果汁都可以,我们每天回家前老师都特意把杯子装满水,让她在车上喝!
哦。现在绝大部分食品里面都有不好的成分,防不胜防啊,只能尽量让娃少吃甜的、垃圾食品、加工食品。
