我知道个简单的，先highlight column，然后在data tab下面选text to column
然后出现对话框，选delimited，然后delimiter选“-”，最后finish
Go from Data -> Text to columns
Choose Delimited by " -"
刚才照着做了一下，才想起来，原来我去年一直用这个功能的
