知道这个组合，是在很多年前，听那些早期流窜入中国大陆的英文民谣歌曲的磁带们。
听到的第一首是 Puff，the Magic Dragon，虽然是由成方圆（当时的大姐，曾经的阿姨，目前的大妈）翻唱的。

On this day in 1963 (September 8th)"Don't Think Twice, It's All Right" by Peter, Paul, and Mary entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart at position #67, and on October 20th, 1963 it peaked at #9 for 1 week and spent 10 weeks on the Top 100...
It reached #2 on Billboard's Adult Contemporary Tracks chart...
Their two preceding records on the Top 100 chart both peaked at #2; "Puff the Magic Dragon" and "Blowin' inthe Wind", another Dylan song...
On September 16, 2009, Mary Travers died at age 72 of complications from chemotherapy, following treatment for leukemia. It was the same year (2009) they were inducted into the Hit Parade Hall of Fame.
